Refund Policy

Please review this refund policy before purchasing any FortunateFi product.

FortunateFi provides digital financial health reports that are generated immediately after purchase based on the financial information you provide.

Because the report is generated instantly and delivered digitally, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except in the limited situations described below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • the report is delivered immediately after payment
  • the report is generated from the information you enter
  • access to digital content begins immediately after purchase

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be issued only in the following limited cases.

1. Technical Delivery Failure

If a technical issue prevents your report from being generated or accessed after purchase.

Examples include:

  • the report page fails to load
  • the report link does not work
  • the system fails to generate your report

In these cases, we will attempt to resolve the issue by regenerating the report. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund.

2. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same report more than once using the same email address.

3. Service Outage

If the Service fails to deliver the purchased report due to an internal system error on our side.


Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • dissatisfaction with your FortunateFi score, results, or report outcome
  • disagreement with the report methodology, scoring framework, or analysis
  • incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate financial information entered by the user
  • change of mind after purchase
  • misunderstanding of the Service
  • inability to achieve financial improvements suggested by the report
  • sale or promotional items (no refunds on sale items)

FortunateFi is an educational financial diagnostic tool and does not guarantee financial outcomes.


Report Access and Responsibility

The FortunateFi report is generated entirely from the financial inputs provided by the user.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate, complete, and current. We do not verify user-provided financial data and cannot modify or regenerate reports based on incorrect inputs.


Refund Review Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please contact us with:

  • the email used for purchase
  • the report link, if available
  • a brief description of the issue

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and evaluated at our discretion. Any refund, if approved, will be issued only to the original purchaser and through the original payment method where possible.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
